This site provides a hint of information about myself and what I can offer. I am currently based in Epsom (South London) but regularly travel throughout the UK thanks to the London Connections, however the companies are based in my home counties of Suffolk & Norfolk in the Eastern Region.

I work as a freelance facilitator/trainer predominantly in engagement and participatory projects, delivering training on policy embedment, consultation methods / market research, and strategic development of policy/plans. This is the focus of the website, if you are more interested in my work within technical theatre or web development visit their pages under 'my work' and see the respective websites. I am Managing Director (meaning general overseeing of budgets, development and quality) of CEG Theatre & Entertainment Services Ltd - a rapidly expanding business providing a large range of services, and Development Director (that means accounts, testing etc) of MDK Web & Media Ltd.

As a member of the Institute for Leadership & Management I subscribe to the highest levels of conduct in management and the dissemination of information. Feel free to have a look around. If there's something you can't find you can try looking at the old website which is still online, and provides access to the artsaward micro-site and review weblog I used to maintain. If you want a link to a particular page on the site then please just click {direct link} by the title of each page - and it will load in the address bar for you. Youth Advocacy {direct link}

This has been the most major part of my life over the last 5 years. Having started simply as a connexions 'champion' within the school based office, reaching by now Commitees & Board level of national projects and even representing England in an Enquiry into civil society.

My range of experience has led me to have the wealth of knowledge I possess and the skills to disseminate this - making an invaluable resource for both the theory of engagement structures and projects and the the practical knowledge maintained to apply this. Through facilitating sessions exploring the issues faced I have built even further knowledge of what works, what doesn't, the challenges faced and ideas for over coming them.
